Very useful reminder on how to take a picture!

Joking aside, it looks like a great camera along with the Pentax K20D, I wonder how the pricing will work!

joking aside, i certainly don't like how the grip connects.. the little door on the cam looks to be quite vulnerable.. and uncomfortable..

The other thing that would bother me (besides the ergonomics) is how does that affect the weather sealing? I would think that having an open door with a cable coming out of it would negate the weather sealing - you wouldn' t want to use the grip in the snow.

My K10D grip didn't have that cord to make it work. Is that the WIFI connector that I hear the Samsung has and not the K10D.

They forgot to mention a step...unless they want you to take a photo of the lens cap :-)

Hi Tom,

I think you're correct. On the K10, the position of the plug would be the USB PC connection port -- of course the Samsungs could be different from Pentax, and the 20s could be different than the 10s. . .

Either way, it seems more like an afterthought. . . leaving a rather fragile door open like that. A tethered rubber plug, while not very elegant, would have been a better solution -- the best would be having a spring loaded slot that the open door could be pushed into -- like the SD card slot.

Ok... is there some feature on this camera I haven't read about yet? I ask because that sure looks like a wireless signal strength icon in the top left corner of the LCD. :?

It also says 'wireless' on the grip which is a bit of a giveaway!:blah:

But yep, it's a wireless grip for the Samsung.
