Hello all,

Here is my submission.

I took this shot of a piece of glass art through some glass at the Royal Ontario Museum a couple of weeks back.

I thought that an example of a byproduct produced where I work might be interesting. Indeed, I will be suprised if anyone is able to identify what it is. I will edit this post later to identify what this glass really is.

This is my first monthly challenge vote, although I have always wanted to submit something in the past.

I was up in Canada for the month of Feb and came across this old cabin in Swan River MB, I believe the temp was about -30C that day.

nice shot dan.. it would be a lot better if you sized it to 800p wide..

Sorry, I thought the max was 800 so I went under that (PSP said 600), I'm still new to the whole resizing / dpi thing. I'm just happy it uploaded :?

Thank you, robar!

I have got it shipped, unpacked already and a battery charged.. got one single shot only, just point and shoot.. I must say, the color is 100% true.. in camera jpeg rendering is perfect colorwise.. and it feels so good in hand..

I am looking forward to explore it, but the duties call me.. kids from schools, dinner has to be ready, houseworks.. sometimes I really regret I am a woman.. always multitasking..

Cheers! I ll be back asap..

Irena

Added today:

Here I am again! With a glass shot this time.. I got my Pentax k10 y/day.. still have to learn all the settings, but here is a snapshot taken in kitchen of glasses that have to be washed after a dinner.. just couldn't resist to try..

[line][line]Have a great weekend! I'll be off until next week..
Regards, Irena
