This was College football's Year of the Upsets. I guess itinspired the Giants.

I echo JohnG's comment. I witnessed "The Catch". This is by far and away better than that. The strength to hold that ball in that position with a defender doing all that he could would not deny him making the reception.

This is the best play I have ever seen with Eli making that escape from what was a sure sack to start the play and what a finish.

i know i really didn't care who won. it would be
alright ,,the pats did it!!! or
alright,, the giants broke it!!!

i wasn't however expecting such a spectacular ending.. and i'm really not into football..

I'm not really into football either. I didn't even know who was playing the Patriots until my gf told me Eli and the Giants were playing, and she was rooting for Eli. So, I just HAD to root for Eli and the Giants.Gf and I both used to live in New Orleans when dad Archie (Manning) played for the Saints. He was such a good guy. In fact, I used to wait on Archie and at least one of his sons (either Cooper or Peyton)when they used to frequent a video store where I worked.This was in the 1988-1989 time frame. Nice folks.

late '70s. wife and sister work the desk in a small NO quarter hotel. i'm in the bar one evening and ''lester the molester(bartender)'' asks me if i knew who this guy was?? i said no and his reply was that it was archie manning.. my reply?? who's that???

oh well, i did know mc cartney when he stayed there,
