I REMEMBER WHEN MANNING WAS GETTING SACKED. I ACTUALLY SAID, ''WELL THAT'S IT''. oops.. and then somehow he got away from a for sure sack and then threw an impossible pass to catch.. and now it's history. i've never seen a game this good. i know it'll be talked about forever.

THE CATCH

Now that is where FPS really counts and you just can't have enough. That was an amazing play all around let alone the catch.

Hi Roy,

I don't know if it was the best game I've ever seen, but it definitely ranks up there with the best Super Bowls ever. Most of the time they're blowouts, and even football fans are just watching for the new commercials. . .:-)

Nice sequence. Notice there are multiple photog's involved in the sequence!

A veritable sea of white lenses focused on every play. I read about some of the new technology involved in getting the pics to the publishers. Some images were posted to websites in under a minute. New wireless transmission from camera to news service receivers. Very expensive stuff!

Eli's scramble is even more amazing when you consider that he is normally a "statue" in the pocket. (Quote from one of the news services)

just as impressive - check out the cover of SI. The catch on the helmet was equally incredible. Mark my words - that play will be up there with the Immaculate Reception for years to come.

I still will never forgive NBC for switching to Heidi....

However, yes the Superbowl was great - a great ending.

When Tyree came down with that ball, I knew the Giants would win the game. Destiny.
