Well, this is what my dog does in the evenings! (This is not an arranged shot, the book was there when the dog jumped onto the bed). So what does your budgie/cat/slug do for a pasttime?

He looks serious & composed..

I hope he's reading something enlightening, such as Great Expectations..

Something that will improve his mind..

Not some cheap, pop culture mystery or thriller..

Does he have his own library card??..

Well, hopefully Cookie won't read this thread, she might be a bit hurtfrom being confused with a male (she's a very self concious lady). Unfortunately it's neither Heidegger norShakespeare, it's "Firewall" by Henning Mankell, a thriller about computer crime. I'll try todirect her towards more intellectual reading, to improve our dinner table conversations.

Kjell, not to make light of Cookie's obvious intellectual capabilities BUT.... our cat,Carmel, comes from a long line of champion catnappers and here is a prime example of her strigent training regime!:G:G:G:G

What a sweetie, Kjell - both the picture and the dog. Sure wish we still had a dog - I miss my Golden, even though he died over 5 years ago.

Really nice shot Kjell, it pays to keep a camera close at hand!

That is a great picture, Kjell! This is my sons cat and he can't do much, but he does have pretty eyes!

Kjell, that one is priceless. Years ago I had a shot of our dearly departed dog playing chess with my number 2 son. It was shot with a Pentax K1000 so I will try to find it and scan.

Well not actually my pet. This little fella belongs with our UN Helicopter pilots.

I think he is a Pentax fan. Not sure how it would go if I let him have the camera, but he seemed real interested in photography

Some very talented pets on this forum!

Here's my future daughter-in-law's pet's talent. Not the best shot, but I was afraid if I spent too much time preparing he'd move.:-)
