Here are acouple of shots of a bird that has been coming around lately. There is actually a pair of them. Anyone know what they are? They are about the same size as the magpies I posted a while ago. Glenn

They are quite common here, but shy. We hear them more often than we see them. Never even got close of getting a shot of one. Well done!

Thanks Kjell, They are quite pretty, I saw one a couple of mornings ago and was in the middle of an important phone conversation so didn't get the shot then. I'm glad they came back! Thanks again.

Nice pictures and a pretty bird. They are far more interesting than our scrub jays.
