Thanks Penolta! Like I said, the conditions couldn't have been better. On the way to the gardens, I drove through areas of ground for. I had a feeling the dew would be cool.

Yours is cool too. It kind of looks like a pine cone but flat.

Very nice assortment of textures, Rodney! What kind of truck is that?

Wow! What a MAXI subject is texture! I am sure, we all are going to get hard time this month.. shooting can be fun, a choice which one to post can be a bit difficult, but which ones to vote is goint to be really hard..

I'm going to look through all the pics one more time again.. the one that really caught my eye within the texture subject was a Penolta's plant shot..

One photo from me, taken last weekend at sea after storm.. this is just one single shot of all the series of rubbish ( ) I did there.. pattern and texture shots are one of my favorite subjects in general..

[line]Hi! I am to edit this post, ie. to delete the 1st texture shot.. I'd love to replace with one from the last weekend.. one of my fave views out of window..

My best guess is it is a water truck, during this drought here there were many water trucks around, but never as colourful as this one.

Irena - that's some texture! This is turning out to besuch a FUN topic - all of the pictures that have been posted are wonderful, and such different takes on the same topic.
