Photographing Stamen on Hibiscus Flower (Approx 1/16", 2 to 3 mm) in diameter.

The depth of field is so small it becomes frustrating. Each of the four attached photos was re-focused slightly deeper in the field. All are full frame.

Taken with K10D, @F22,DA limited 70mm with DA limited 21mm reversed on front with adapter.

Any thoughts or ideas welcome.

Hi Ed,
Only thing that comes to mind is the software "Photoacute Studio" which I believe will combine a series of shots, they claim better resolution higher HDR etc. I haven't used it myself, I just remember reading about it recently, I think there's a trial version. Check it out ... Jack

i really don't like any of these but for a good focus stacked that i've used a few years ago then this is a good place to start.
