The flower garden from the deck this morning!

A close up of confused tulips.

Oh, I saw that nasty storm brewing over you on the news last night. Fortunatey it's wrath will go just north of us in Vermont. We'll get a smidge of rain tonight though and cooler days ahead.
Beautiful photos anyway. I think they call that a silver lining?

Not sure I feel sorry for you today - it's 92 F at USC right now, and they are expecting wide-spread high 80s along the coast. I'm so NOT ready for summer, this spring has been so delightful.

*passing tea and cookies*

Don't be sad, it will be over at some day. Spring was here already and then we had two weeks of typical BAD April weather: cold wind and rain - and that with all the fresh green, the flowers and stuff - it really spoiled the fun.

But today we had sun, only a bit of wind, while working in the garden I started to BBQ and we ate outside at the patio so the bad two weeks are forgotten now.

And it will be the same for you - just wait and see!

I hope so, because the town just north of me already got 18" of snow and it is snowing so hard here you can only see about 50 yards.

It was 70F here last Tuesday!

Please Canada take back the jet stream, I am tired of it!

I kinda know how you feel, but in the opposite, I usually can't wait for the seemingly endless humidity and heat of summer to finish.
By the way cool shots.
