What happened to your K20D?
Well, it proved to be what we in Swedish call a "monday sample". (Don't know if you have that expression in English. Anyway it means a sample that was assembled Monday morning by someone who came back to work from a very long weekend with a lot of rumba and possibly having a hangover.)

It had a severe focusing problem, so I had to send it in. Haven't heard anything about it yet.

LOL! I temporarily gave up on silhouettes and took some dandelions that are reverse silhouettes, too.

Kjell - Your DS can still take awesome pictures, I love the colors on that hibiscus -very pretty. We might not exactly have the term "Monday sample", I understood what you meant immediately.

Harriet,

These few months I was working on the monthly subject and theme. Kind of brain dead and the idea of shooting that month's theme only came after the month ends.

As silhouette, the above two are my fav. Nice try and you should get better with each new attempt

Daniel

Thanks for the compliments, Daniel. Today it was so gloomy that I skipped silhouettes and took some sports pictures. They are talking about brighter weather starting tomorrow and while looking at some older pictures this weekend, I got another idea that I might try.
