I think it is. But it only has a lifespan of around 30 yrs. As you can see there are a lot of leafless branches.

Just took another image Friday afternoon. Their breast feather has changed color the last couple of days. Sheer beauty

edited later: This bird in my backyard is actually a juvenile European Starling as sb has pointed out. They are both juveniles (going after the same berries) and I missed some of their different features . Both are beautiful anyway and if I can take better image of them so much the better
