Most are friendly, some attack during spring, when they safeguard their babies. They can remember a persons face 10 years later, so if you are awful to them, throws stones etc., they will remember and if you get near the nest, look out !

I took this with my Pentax K20D + Sigma 70-300mm F4-5.6 DG APO approximately 30 feet away and cropped it 33%.
