Agreed. That last one is fantastic! Although, I don't think I'd take any bison on a pee walk. Not so much for the danger, but the size of the puddle I can imagine it makes :G

I think they tag some of the bison to track their movements. There's all kinds of controversity between the ranchers around the national park and the bison wander onto ranch land in the winter. They can carry a disease thataffects cows, so the ranchers want the ability to haze them back into park lands. I wish I could have gotten a picture of the first one in relationship to the car - they are really huge animals.

We took a ton of pictures in the various geyser basins we visited, but I don't know how many I'll post, beyond the series I've already posted of Mammoth Hot Springs.
