Hi,
as promised some pictures of my holiday in France.

We first stayed for a bit more than 2 weeks in Murol (a small village in the auvergne , a region in the middle of France).

And they do have a castle overlooking the village.

a bit closer

the perfect place to drop of your daughter (no special reason needed:G)

a view of the surroundings from the lower court

any descent castle has them

and they always have to show off
a pano of 2 images (slightly panned)

Hope you enjoyed them,

Ronny

Great pictures Ronny! I love how forum members "take us along" on their travels. Gives me ideas of places to visit in the future.

Ronny, I sooo jealous! Looks like you & yours had a very nice holiday! I would have hated to be charging up that hill to have the archers showering arrows down at me or the boiling water. The area looks magnifiscent! Those horses do as well! Very cool series!!!

Hope that your daughter had more fun than just being locked up for a couple of days!!!:G

Thanks for sharing!
Ron

Excellent shots Ronny. I like the last one best and I am curious about it. Was each "knight" in a different shot and you combined them? Did you do this handheld? If I am right, this is a really neat idea and gives me some thought of trying the same thing with car racing shots.
