Lovely colors but the detail in that sharp first shot is exquisite, especially at f.2.8! Macro lenses can definitely do more than just macro. Great bird shots BB2.

i like the colours in the first one
the blue in the face really stands out
its not normally that noticable

the bell flowers would have to be one of my favourites

i was hoping to go to kings park this weekend
it seems i may be testing out the weather seals if i do though
grrrrrrrrrr

The vivid colours on the 28 are not enhanced. As it looked and why a prime lens is great.
