I couldn't decide on stop motion or motion blur, so here is one with both! K10D with DA 55-300 @ 300, hand held.

Well I decided to change my entry. I went to Lakeland today to take back a defective computer monitor and took my camera along. On the way back I let my better half drive so I could take pictures on the way home. It's about 25 miles and I got plenty of shots along the way. I got so many good ones that I had a hard time deciding which one to use for the challenge. I chose this one because it was so unusual. When I first looked at it I thought it looked more like a color pencil drawing but, I swear, this is how it looked straight from the camera with only a touch of levels boost. We were doing about 45mph and she hit a bump just as I hit the shutter.

I hope ~700mph qualifies as motion.

This topic turned out to be more of a challenge than I had originally thought. I went out several times and tried to capture an image with motion, and every time I feel I came a little short. Last night after a walk in the city, I made this image which for now will have to do. Enjoy!

GW that is a very cool shot. It looks like getting some mentoring from Claude Monet!

Now that's one cool pic, I may just have to vote for that one!
