Thanks, I must admit that the K10D I have now works just great and I am more than happy with it. Now I rarely use my DS except when I need TTL flash with my AFTZ500 flash units.

I did use manual focus to make sure it was focused where I wanted, not on some piece of grass in front of the Grouse.

Nice shot of the Thunder Chicken. Usually I just see the blurr of their south side as they depart to the north.:-)
