These are great Ed,
you seam to get more variety over your way than we do here. I'm jealous! :-)
The color is so different on each of these, which one is closer to correct?

The light was hitting at a different angle. I would say the first is more accurate, the second has some shadow over it.

Nice shots, very sharp. Ibis seem to be different all over the world.
