From my front door this afternoon:

Went looking for the pot of gold - but all I found was an empty bucket with a label that read "Bail Out".

Great photo Jim!

At first glance I was thinking, how did he get such a bright exposure on such a dark cloudy sky? then I realized... then it hit me, rain-bow, the sun's shining through in back of you! Duh..
.
GW:-?

Wonderful shot! Love rainbows and this is a nice picture of one. I envy you your rain.

Very pretty rainbow. I think I almost see a "double" rainbow. Coming out of just above the street light.

The bucket has been full of gold – just that someone got there before you and took it all for himself. You got a nice photo though, maybe you better take a photo of your bank account as well.

Yes, Kjell, you have that correct.

"I took a check to my bank to deposit in my account and asked the teller if it would take the normal 7 days to clear? She said No, we won't be here that long." Jay Leno, The Tonight Show.

And thanks all for the kind comments.

I was browsing through old threads and found this from a little more than two years back:

http://forums.steves-digicams.com/fo...546718#p546718

Now we know all the answers to "how can they afford it?". If there only was a learning experience involved, but I doubt it...

Nice shot!

Those we voted to put in charge are so out of touch (on both sides of the political arena) that they have no idea what the average person needs, and all the "PORK" in this Bail Out Bill is a prime example of how they think.
