Beachboy - it took me a bit to see the bird - you are right about the camouflage, it's awesome!

I have not been idle in my absence. When not busy with work, I've been plowing through 650 photos taken during 2 weeks of vacation (in late Sept). Anyway, here is my entry.

Truth in labeling: We don't have a specific time frame for the pics in this months challenge. Assuming the last 90 days, this picture was taken at the end of July. An attempt at illusion through perspective with the 10-17mm.

Tim - Well done! That was going to be my second type of illusion - doing something with wide angle and perspective. Nothing I was thinking about would have come close to yours though.

New picture. This was done completely in-camera, the only processing was resizing.

I found this angelic looking bird among a series taken yesterday - I think it looks more like a halo over its head than a UFO, No trickery - its real.

I could have entered any photo I have ever taken in this months challenge.

The Illusion is that I think I'm a photographer

I'm with you, Eddy. My illusion -the photographer.

Guess I won't be submitting anything this month. I just haven't had much time, nor come up with anything. (Most of the photos I took this month were with my husband's Canon G9 while I was in Salt Lake City.) It seemed like a fun challenge, though.
