I have not seen this on this forum, sorry if it is a duplicate. There is a free download that instantly extracts the imbeded JPEG form your RAW images instantly. Took less than a minute for last 150 images I have done. It creates a new folder with all images with same ID plus JPEG. Will extract in native size or smaller.

Warning, you do have to agree to email alerts. I have received only one since I got this program. I now shoot all RAW, saves memory and continuous shooting lasts longer than RAW plus JPEG.
