I really like 2 and 7. The building, I assume a mill, really fits the shot. Number 7 would be nice anyway, but the geese complete the shot.

Thanks everyone. It's funny how there was a mix of which ones were the favorites. I know I had a hard time narrowing them down to these trying to not post so many.

Yes, it is a mill. It's been deteriorating quickly the past few years with all the floods we've had. The dam has had to be repaired twice in the past five years.

Harriet - I wish I were staying here now, too. Just checked the weather in SLC and there is a storm watch for today. Would have to be the day I'm flying! At least the rest of the week will be no rain or snow. A few years ago there was a fluke blizzard on the day we were leaving from my stepson's wedding. Was stuck at the airport all day waiting for the weather to clear enough to take off.

Sorry for the double post. Trying to check this last minute before we leave for the airport. Should know better than to hurry.

Seeing all the beautiful colours is one thing. Driving through the landscape I can see an autumn ever so beautiful. But catching it with your camera is another thing. There are wires, lightpoles, ugly buildings or simply nothing but colours to catch your interest. In spite of all the beauty I haven't taken one good shot of it this far.

Your pictures have got both depth and composition, you really made all I want to achieve but fail to.My favourite is #1, but they are all good. More ribbons? Yes!

Just now getting around to checking my e-mail after vacation.

Thanks for all the nice comments. I haven't had a chance all week to see if there are any more potential photos out there. I think I may have missed the peak of the season by my home. Oh, well. There's always next year.
