Love the Boston, Stevie. You and Roy should talk about your pups - he is involved with a Boston rescue organization.

Lots of good photos again this month. I love b&w. Wish I'd had more time this month to devote to really focusing on this topic. I didn't intend this phototo be a b&w when I took it, but I think it fits the bill. I turned around when I heard some noise and snapped this quickly before they got too close. This was taken last weekend after the ice storm when the fog was lifting. My neighbors with their son and dog.

I may change it as I go through more of my photos.

Patty

Patty - that's a wonderful shot! It works so well in b&w, can you really top it?

Wow! Wow! Wow!
I think I've said that word about a million times this month!
Wow!

In January when it comes time to vote, I'm going to be saying, "It's just so hard to choose" about a million times!

Take care,
Glen

Hey, been a while. Glad to see this thing is still going

I'm currently earning a little extra cash with an assignment for a theater-production.
Along with the regular live performance, there's a series of short films.

One scene was filmed today, and I went there to capture a few "behind the scenes" shots.

[align=center]This is my entry for this month:

It's a bit late, but not too late I hope - I'll change my entry again. This is a typogramm made by my daughter and she told me this morning, that she got a grade "1" (best in Germany, should translate to an "A" in US iirc). A typogram is a picture, where the object itself is made almost completely out of letters, thats describe the item as a word also, in this special case "VASE". She did it in early December and I would have had the chance to take a picture, but for some reason I didn't. Now when she showed it to us this morning and was beaming with pride about the good grade I congratulated her again on the nice idea and good work (which I already did before she handed it in to the teacher) and threw in a comment: "... and it's black and white!". Now this came out without me even thinking about it... I am so hooked up with looking for black&white things for the past weeks, I can't stop all of a sudden. She replied: "yes - come on - take a picture, you can post it in the forum!". I don't want to spoil the fun, although I also like my snowspray angel, I'll enter this months competition with this image as it is a nice idea (credit goes to my daughter all the way), well done (credit again to my daughter) and it is black and white . It looks a bit "simple", but that's what the exercise was about... make a typogram with just a piece of plain white paper and a black pen...

I hope you like it!

Happy new year to you all,
Th.
