This past few days we have had quite a bit of snow, but it is mainly sticking to the trees. It has been right around freezing with almost no wind so the snow has just stuck to the trees making thistruly a winter wonderland. All taken with the DL and the Tamron 24-135. I'll start with this pond in a town called Sitzenkirch.

Then one of a back road

Then more of a back road

A pretty meadow

And finally a tree (processed for the monthly challenge).

Hope you enjoyed this little trip through the snowy Black Forest! Glenn

Those are some very nice collection of landscape photos. I wish I lived in such beautiful place. It never snow where I live at and the sad part is it has been a very dry season this year, still no rain yet.

Beautiful Glenn! They all belong on the pages of a calendar! Exposing for snow can be tricky, but you appear to have nailed them all! Your compositions are A1 (as always)! You make the DL proud. BTW my favorites are...let me see...#1...#2...#3...#4 and oh yes, # 5!

Awesome pictures! I agree, they should be on a calendar or framed on your wall. Wish I were there instead of here, it's much prettier there.

As to being there now. I Will pass on that. We are headed into Snow season here( Just had 1.5 inchs last week) and i Would be more that happy for the temps to Be about 70 Year Round!!!.

Stunning is an apt description. Not enough adjectives for these my friend. Really great photos.
