So, how many does your spare room sleep? I'll be down ASAP.

It's only -4ºF here right now. So, mtnman, I'll just stay here where it's nice and warm! I think it might go up to 10º before the days out. My poor sister and her kids from California arrive tomorrow morning and are here for the bitter cold weekend. I can tell you we won't be doing much siteseeing. But, the visiting will be nice. Haven't seen her in a few years.

Thanks for sharing.

Patty

That's certainly BRIGHT! Glad to see that you were the one to post beautiful flower shots today, not me. You can earn the ire of all the folks who live further north...
Thanks a lot Harriet, you're a big help! :G

It's great to see flowers when it's here gray/dark/... at least it isn't freezing anymore.
Thanks for posting this, glad some people have great weather.

Well, I'm not scheduled to Africa inthe forseeable future, but I'm booked for Colombia in February. These flowers are native there, and there is a lot of sun, warm weather, armed guerillas right and left, kidnapping and drugdealers... wanna join in?:-)

Well it may sound crazy but, yeah, I'd love to go!
I didn't know they had gorillas in Colombia though... oh wait,
you said guerillas!
oh well, some times you just have to do what you have to.

as long as I get to take along my camera I'll still go.:G
