He is a short series of shots taken at the local oval. Medium pace bowling and a fine cut resulting in a 4. I know this won't mean much to most, and it would take someone with a much better knowledge than me to explain it. Google it if you are interested and want to be completely baffled:-)

Simon, I don't understand all the rules, but that is an excellent series. Good color, perfect exposure, sharp as a tack and great timing on all of them. It would be hard to choose a favorite because they are all so good!

Nice and sharp for action shots. Per the Exif data some were at 300 mm...what lens? If you were using a 300 zoom, once again, the images are nice and sharp. I like #3 of the bowler with the ball in mid air.

I like how you have sequenced the images from the bowling to the batting!

simon,

Nice to see some cricket photo's, make me wish it was summer here in England.

Nothing quite like a quiet sunday afternoon on the village green after a couple of pints in the local and watching the cricket, Oh well! s'pose there's only 4 months to wait.

Really like the cut stroke, you timed it perfectly and I like the way the batsman is watching the ball anticipating the run - well done.

Steve
