Wow! Three males in THAT close proximity of each other?!?? That HAS to be rare--at least from my observations around here--since if there's another male in the same area in this part of Central TX, one male will chase the other off without hesitation. :P

The eye on #2 is a great catch, since it's so blasted hard to see their eyes because of their black 'mask.' Nice pics!

I sometimes have as many as 20 or so in the yard at the same time. They spread out and wait their turn at the feeder. This gives me a perching male to shoot.
