I'm parting ways with my hard earned cash.:O
(Tax return check)
I'm not positive I made the right decision or not but...
I went ahead and ordered the Sig 70-200mm plus the 2X auto focus TC.
I know it wont reach as far but, will be a faster lens even with the TC and I think it will do the trick. If I'm not happy with it I have 14 days to return it.
:-?
This weekend should prove interesting.:G

I had the older version of the Sigma and found it a very nice sharp lens, but I did not like the way it worked with a TC.

Enjoy your nrw TOY!

Thanks Tom,
I've seen and heard some good things about this lens, and the guy I spoke with at B&H said it was a pretty good match with the APO 2X TC, we'll see... :-)

Hey Chris and Roy,
I will definitely make a report on the TC soon.
I just missed the UPS delivery man, I left work early so I could be here to sign for it but he came earlier than usual, now I have to wait till this evening to get it.
