I like the picture because of the few visible room lights and the individual standing on one of the balconies and it just looks nice! I ran it through GIMP's perspective tool. Tell me what you think.

It's the guy on the balcony that makes the picture, though I notice the lights in the couple of windows first. The guy just puts it all into perspective. Sure wouldn't want to live there, though.

Monza, GIMP seems difficult to me. My son uses it to do all sorts of fancy things with layers, but I can't seem to get the hang of it. Maybe I just need to take some time and figure it out. It doesn't seem all that intuitive, or maybe I'm not intuitive!

Couldn't resist, here is what it looks like after using image>transform>distort to "fix" the perspective. Just a little weird!
