I have been following the progress since originally posting. Everything is still undisturbed and the eggs have not hatched. Today I got a good shot of the bird on the nest, most of the time the birds are doing their wounded act to draw me away long before I get close.

Neat shots! I saw several Killdeers this past weekend, but they didn't act like they were protecting a nest. They are so quick, its hard to get a good picture of them.
