Hi All,

Passed by another Ritz Camera branch that's closing down, just to see what's what. When I walked in, a Sales lady was showing an older gentleman a K10, and he had a bunch of old K mount lenses in a bag. I showed him a few tricks about manual lenses and the K10, and he was giddy about getting a new DSLR that he could use his old lenses with. He got it for $359!!!

After helping him out, I wandered around the store and spied a Pentax binocular box sitting on the floor. It was a new set of Papilio 6.5x21 compacts, and remembering an old thread here, and penolta's recommendation of this particular model, I asked to see them.

Wow! They are really lightweight, sharp, and nicely made -- and small enough to not add that much to my already loaded down everyday kit -- so at a price of @ $80.00, I bit, and now own a very nice compact binocular which can go with me everywhere.
. . .:-):-):-)
