Default Zoo today

It was such a nice day so thought I would take the kids to the zoo and also take the opportunity to take some pictures with my 70-300mm Tamron.

Yes, I was pleasantly surprised by how well that shot turned out, given that I was shooting through a fence. And I like how the fence created a cool diamond shaped bokeh framing the head.

I experimented a little with that gorilla shot since it was indoors, but overall I think it turned out well considering what I had to work with there.

That's definitely my favourite as well. That vulture is not particularly easy to get a good shot of. I just caught him at a good time.
