Default A Couple of T-Ball Players

I shot a little guys T-Ball team a couple of nights ago and really liked how a couple of shots came out. The first is actually of an older sister who had an individual shot taken with her little brother's team. I thought the pose on hers suggested an out-of-bounds treatment. She's followed by her little brother showing off a slick glove.

Great action shot Paul! Also, love the poster--nice and vibrant colors. What lens(es) did you use on these? Also, what software did you use for the poster?

Both of these were done with Tamron lenses....the 28-75 f/2.8 on the first one and the 70-300 Di LD f/4.0-5.6 on the second.

The first one was edited using Photoshop Elements 7.0 using the Out of Bounds technique outlined in the "Show Us Your OOB's" in the Digital Art forum on this site.

Thanks for the comment.

Great shots, I also like the framing in #1.

#2 is a revelation to me - this must be where the name "short stop" came from.

Paul,

Two exceptional pictures. The framing on the first one was perfect for the pose. The little boy shows style and confidence as he goes after the ball. The action was nicely captured.

That first one really goes with the OOB technique - perfect presentation.

Great shots, and great work on the out of frame picture.
