That is a really cool effect. Were the other two in shadow, or did you do this in post processing? Nice!

Than you Jim, the sun was just coming up and one was lucky to get in it first, especially on these cold mornings, the other two in the shadow had to wait...

Rodney - You sure did capture the early-morning mood! I love the contrast between the sunny & sharp pigeon, and his/her darkened companions.

Cool effect. I like how you can see the one furthest best, then just a little detail of the next, then blurry closest.
