Default Forgotten Photo

I was going through photos on my HD to clean out some I really don't need to keep and came across this one. I got to work unusually early on this morning (3:30am) I had just gotten my 55-300mm so I made my way down to the lake armed with my camera and stumbling through the dark I came up on this dock. it was really to dark to see through the lens so I just pointed it in the general direction and shot. wish I could have gotten the whole flag in the frame but, I was impressed with the low light shot anyway.

GW,

I like the shot. To bad you missed the flag. Was this taken with the in camera flash or one in the hot shoe? Were there any other lights at the dock?

A little spooky was it?

Good looking shot. It is a pity the flag wasn't in frame.

Lou, I honestly can't remember if I had the 540 on it that morning or not but, there wasn't any other lighting anywhere close!

Nice one, GW. You know, you could crop out the flag and just leave the other and no one will know you chopped the one off.

Great end result, only thing I don't like is the wooden frame.
