I'm also going to vote for Jelpee's stones, with an honorable mention to bluenose's rock face looking out to sea and cameanee's kids hands. All of the pictures this month could win and all deserve an honorable mention, it's been a good month.

simowills- your photo is fantastic! the colors are close enough to complimentary to bring out the strong color in both the blue and the yellow, without clashing to much. the composition is also beautiful. the white wave lines together with the pathway (? looks like a pathway) through the rock create an interesting dynamic, drawing the eye through the photograph. and the lighting. ok, i shall stop the art critique, just saying, fantastic!!

Wow...I definitely did not expect such a response to what I initally thought was just a place holder entry! Thanks very much for the honor...I am humbled to say the least and am appreciate of all of your comments.

I've got some ideas for the August challenge...I'll be sure to post it by tomorrow (Aug 6).
