Default Red-shouldered Hawk Session

This bird decided to pose for me yesterday in Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge. If only all my subjects were as cooperative. Let me know which poses you prefer.

K 7, DA* 300mm some with Kenko 1.5x TC.

Hi Ed,

Great series !!!

I like #1, then #3. #4 would have touched out 3 if you could have gotten the full tail. #2 would've jumped up dramatically if you could have gotten enough DOF to get the feet in focus -- this happens to me all the time. . .
