Default Learning by Playing

I just picked this photo to play with. Trying to learn the OOB technique.
If I thought it would turn out as well as it did, I would have picked a better Photo.

There is a tutorial on how to do them in the Digital Art forum in the thread "Show Us Your OOB's." I do all of mine in PSE 7 since I don't have the full Photoshop.
