Default Cotton Carrier -- anyone have one?

Hi All,

I've been researching multi-body carrying straps and came across the Cotton Carrier. Apparently, they are pretty new, and they've just restarted selling them after apparently having been so overwhelmed with orders, so I wouldn't be surprised if nobody's used one, but ya never know. . .

http://www.cottoncarrier.com/index.html

I'd also be interested in any user reviews that anyone has seen.

I'll probably order one anyway, but I always feel a bit better ordering something sight unseen if I've at least gotten a little feedback from real people.

TIA

Scott

Just watched the video, looks fantastic, bit expensive at $AU182.

Hi All,

Well I just ordered one. I got some feedback from a long-time forum friend (not his one though), and after about a month's use, she's still very enthusiastic about hers. It'll probably get here sometime next week, so weather permitting, I should be able to put it to some relatively extreme use pretty quickly. I'll post impressions in a new thread once I've had a chance to play with it, and I've already got some new ideas about carrying the gear that I use the most. . .

Looks interesting, but steep, and won't do anything for the lower back - weight is always best carried on the hips - I might buy the holster separately when it becomes available.

It's a better option than my Optech Reporter strap. That works well as long as you have short lenses on the top camera. Otherwise it's rather a pain to keep juggling cameras around. I still use the strap, but mostly for only one camera now.

Looks great - never liked neck straps - but this might be something that works.

Thanks for posting

Default Need a contact number or address

Hello to all.

I'm new to the forum and need your help. A few weeks ago I purchased a cotton carrier but have not recieived it. My e-mail to them was kicked back and I don't have access to outlook. Can anyone out there provide me with an address or phone number where I can contact them to find out what's going on with my order.

Thank you,
George
