Nice shot of a beautiful daughter! Interesting how the WB is so different from the two cameras, makes the K20 look seriously inferior to the K7 at least in that area.

Soon I will be upgrading from the K100d, I hope. I almost bought a k20 but returned it. The K-7 just keeps calling to me. Comparison shots, like yours, is one of the reasons.
Please do get the K7 you will not regret it, well worth the money, BTW here is another great review of the K7
It just keeps getting praised

Thanks for your kind words
the K7 is a much better camera than the K20D.

Until I'd held one in my hands earlier this week, I thought waiting for the next model was not a problem. But, seeing everyone's images and comments and actually feeling it in my hands is giving me second thoughts. Although, I've only had the K20 since December and I'm still learning how to use it. I can dream can't I? The K20 is mine for a while.

Congrats on your purchase. Looks like you are going to enjoy it.

A bit late but heartfelt congratulations on your new camera (as well as your beautiful daughter!). Thanks for posting the comparison WB shots. Although I will never be able to afford this camera, it's nice to see it in use by some capable hands!
