Thanks again you guys.
You know, I don't want to sound all mushy and all that but, it really is nice to know that our little family here really does care about each other.

we're getting too old to fall down. glad you're ok. i've got CHF and that translates to DO NOT get up too fast if you're at rest.. first time i went BYBY all i did was ruin a cabinet door.. second time i hit the door knob with my lip.. we are definitely getting too old..

Ouch! that hurts just thinking about it. reminds me of the time I tried to walk through the patio door without opening it first. doesn't work,

Your fall reminded me of my tumble down the basement stairs almost two years ago which required surgery to re-attach my biceps. That did hurt. Good to hear you got checked out and are on the mend.

GW - glad to hear that you are bouncing back well. Maybe you need to keep that bike helmet on all the time!

Oh my! That doesn't sound like much fun.

Thanks guys for the kind words.
I'm doing great and healing much faster than I thought I would.
The hand is still a little sore and the bruise shows all the way through from the back to the palm but, even that looks better today.
