Puss Puss's little Sister, Patches.
They love each other, sleep together and of course like all brothers and sisters sometimes fight.

And the Patriarch of the family, my Dad, 85 years.
Of course Puss Puss thinks he is the boss.

All taken with my K20D and Pentax-M 50mm f/1.7

Great series indeed! I quite liked the way you used the shallow DOF in #1 and #2 whose exifs display an F number of 0!!, and the dreamy soft focus effect on the Patriarch of the family : )

My portraits NEVER come out like these. Are you using an external flash or available light? Very nice.

Thank You.
I don't have a external flash, so I always use available light.

This is encouraging...as I rarely use the on-camera flash and don't own an external flash.

Fantastic portraits! All three are wonderful! Great use of depth of field.

The B&W conversion on your dad is beautifully done. Very nice skin tones.
