You know that's a great point and absolutely true. It's difficult to do sports photography and enjoy an event at the same time. Besides the "thinking" and concentrating there's the fact that your field of view becomes that single point in the field - so you miss everything else going on. I rarely take my camera to a ball game for that reason.

Even though I don't care for sports at all (tare and feathers?) I like #1, it's go a lot of qualities like composition and lighting. The last one is a hit, a masterpiece!

LOL. . . Love the baseball pun ("The last one is a hit. . ."). Thanks for the kind words Kjell! Based on on the many favorable comments for that last image, I may have to consider enterring it in the County Fair contest in August 2010!

Great series Jelpee, the last one of the seats is my favorite. It could be a good entry for this month's contest too.

You did great, jelpee. I can't decide on the first or the last. I like different aspects of each. Yes, I think the last one goes to the 2010 fair!

Thanks Tim! I have followed your suggestion and entered it in this month's challenge!

Thanks Patty! I'll be sending the last one to Printroom for a copy in anticipation for next year's fair!
