The 2nd starry night pic is my favorite. Was that handheld?

The sky shots are quite nice - the thin clouds add an element of depth to the clear areas of the sky. Those two were long exposures (20 and 30 seconds) - how long would it be before the stars start to show as streaks (without a star drive on your tripod, that is). Nice low-light performance for the K20 - did you shoot in RAW? Did you use a special effects filter on the last one?

Cool! I really like the second of the stars through the trees shots.

Thank You Cameanee, GW, Penolta and Patty.

Penolta I did use a filter, I have taken a shot it and shown it in this posting here - http://forums.steves-digicams.com/pe...ml#post1009425
and I did shoot in raw, I will have to try a bulb shot to see when I'll get streaks, I did get a few very small streaks.

Very nice series. I like the special effect filter shot, but like others the third is my favorite.
