GW,

Nice car show, great pix...that 12-24 Pentax lens very accurate...sharp, like the stretched out skies.

Nice rods and restos...mostly chevies I see (OK by me, I'm a Chevy guy) with a smattering of Fords.

Maybe people think they have seen you, you have one of those character actor faces...everybody knows you...but unlike Cheers...they don't know your name...

Wow! great shots GW. That Silver 57 Chevy was to die for. All the shots were terrific.

The 12-24 did yeoman service as did you in using it!

Where was the show?

Okay... I'm guessing I'm the only person that noticed the wankel rotary before the hair? lol, great pics!

GW - some great shots in that bright southern sun! Looks like that little lens does a great job in your big hands! Just curious - where was the show?

unlike some others that do know others names and if you only really knew reasons why it was like that you would not be so rakish... I did not like watching Cheers for it was the very reason my father was gone so much A BAR

Thanks everyone for all the kind feedback!

Mole, it was at, Warner Robins, GA The Museum of Aviation

Lou, you're absolutely right! So was the black one parked close by.
Both were extremely well done but, very different from each other.
The black one was restored to all original factory stock and that air cleaner is only the second one I've seen in the past 30 years! Use to be the first thing we discarded as a teenager and replaced with a chrome free flow aftermarket one. You couldn't get a plug nickle for a whole truck load of them.

Les, it don't matter as long as they don't call me late for dinner!

Yeah, I noticed but, it was the hair that got my attention first.
