Hi Rodney,

Very nice job on the exposure! Side lit against the sky makes it pretty tough to get feather detail in the shadows.

For some reason, birds always seem to find places to land where there's a challenge to getting a good shot. I'm going to start carrying one of those lightweight reflectors around and see if I can occasionally get some fill light from it for this kind of shot.
