Ever pull one of your smoker trailers behind your Goldwing ? If you went on a trip, you could probably cook lunch / supper while driving on the open road. Possibly not, may be legality issues..or the smoker may extinguish at highway speeds.

I don't know if you recall the days when many used to wrap their food (meat like steak/roast, etc. and veggies) in foil and place it on the intake manifold of their carburetored V8...a few hours later...hot food to go.

Nice fabrication GW. So when are you inviting us all down for a cook out?

Thanks Jim, Les and Lou.

Les, I do indeed remember those days
No, never pulled one behind the wing but, that would sure get some attention! I have pulled one with my truck while cooking, for a short distance.

Lou, I was thinking maybe Memorial day weekend would be nice. Of course I'll have to get out the big boy for a crowd that large.

Hi GW,

A little late to the party, but these look really well done, and for once, I'm not just talking about the pics! -- Especially since you fabricated this "a capella". . . very impressive workmanship.

The only question I have is why the different lengths in the smoke stacks?

Holy BBQ!! I want one! (Dunno what I'd do with it, since I can't cook, but I want one.)

GW, I'm trying to lose some weight and eat healthier. This is not helping. For some strange reason, i'm craving some nice barbecued ribs right now!
