Default K7 question

I just love my K7. I have settled on the natural settings, and I have been tweaking the parameters a bit. I'm not sure what the following settings do.
High low key adjustment, and Contrast Highlight adjustment. I'm thinking that the highlight contrast adjusts the highlight blowout level. Is this correct? I have no idea about high/low key adjustment. Any advice would be great.

Default Shoot RAW

My best advice would be to shoot RAW. You can squeeze the best out of any picture, and it's so time consuming to pp that you discipline yourself both when shooting and when you pp your shots. Most go to the bin, but there is where most shots belong anyway. Just keep the keepers!
