Great work saving at least one of them, and great shots too! Sure looks like a Southern Flying Squirrel to me.

I swear I had posted something here the other day. But.....

Anyway, these guys are just so cute. I do hope they found their mom.

Don't feel bad Patty... I do that all the time!
Yes, I believe the mother came and retrieved it, when I went to check on it later it was gone.

So the poor little babies had to split
There's quite a lot punctum in these shot due to your sensitiveness...
Meanwhile colours and clarity stands out!

Yes, the 55-300 is my favorite consumer lens, I don't think you can beat it for the price
Btw, your tip was very timely as I've been considering a lightweight tele zoom lens for some time but torn between sigma 55-200 and the pentax 55-300.

Hello my friend, thank you for the kind words.
I know absolutely nothing about the sigma 55-200 but I can say you can't go wrong with the Pentax 55-300. and the extra length comes in handy!

Great photos GW ! Love #2 - I think I'd frame that ! The 55-300 takes very good pics.

That Tamron is excellent. I haven't bought my macro lens yet (couldn't find one on that recent trip to HK but I picked up a Pentax 18 - 125mm as my walkaround whilst there) and keep wavering between that and the Sigma 105mm.
