Any idea what that site was called? I have one of the fisheye's he talked about and need a 49mm thread for my 50mm prime and can't find one anywhere. If you were interested in selling it, I could buy your back plate from you. Please let me know as I really want to experiment with this fisheye and see how I like it. Sorry for resurrecting a old post, but I am out of options...

i used to have that very soligor lens. It performed well, I sold it on ebay for about 30.00. That vivitar 20mm would be very intriguing! I have seen those sell for a good bit on ebay. All the takamur lenses are very sharp, I have several primes of them. 100 seems like a decent price if you are in need of those focal ranges or new lenses to play with.

I won a couple of Ebay auctions a few months ago and although I received more lenses in one of them the other had just 3 lenses + Spotmatic + filters fro $100. If the lenses are in good condition I'd buy them. For the adapter - I have two, a GOOD Chinese one (not a cheapo - which can get stuck on your camera or drop shavings into it when you try to force it off ) and the Pentax. The Pentax comes off a LOT easier but both work well.

I have two of the Takumar 1.4's - great lenses for low light but I rarely use them.

Those old lenses are very desirable to people using m4/3 equipment. I have a couple of m4/3 cameras and have noticed that over the past year or so, prices of vintage lenses on eBay have sky rocketed. It seems that Pentax mount lenses cost even more than many Canon and Nikon lenses. So, If you really want to sell them, I suggest you do a quick search on eBay to see how much they ave been sold for. But right off the bat, I think they go for more than $100.

Guess it's a keeper set. I've seen that takumar 50mm(what was made by pentax) go for close to 100$ on ebay.
